He is survived by: his wife Vickey Ann Sturgill; his daughter Vanessa Manzi (Chad); his stepchildren, Jerry Hail (Danielle) and Katrina M. Hail; his grandchildren, Jordan, Alyssa, Kaylee, Matthew, Audrey, Tiana, Ava of Mia, TJ, Emily, Adelle, Alana and Jamie; and his siblings, Alma O'Neal (late Terry), Wayne Sturgill and David Sturgill. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
