He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kyle Manning and Nellie Thompson Wise. He is survived by: his wife Carletta Manning; his daughters, Nicole Manning and Mindy Snelling; his grandchildren, Aaron Pfaff, Desirae Manning and Tristen Courtad; and his friend Ronnie Compton.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Manning Residence. A burial will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Butler County Memorial Park (4570 Trenton Oxford Rd, Hamilton, OH 45011).
