He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene D. Scharnhorst and Jean A. Scharnhorst (Meier); his wife Cordelia Louise Scharnhorst; and his son Raymond Craig. He is survived by: his siblings, Terry Scharnhorst (Becky), Linda Fulmer (John) and Mark Scharnhorst (Maureen Miller); his daughters, Belinda Alcorn and Vickie Vanwinkle; and his grandchildren, Holly, Christa, Brandy, Brittany, Shawn and Mindy. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
