She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle "Mac" McNeal and Janie Lou McNeal; and her husband Gary Calvin Hackworth. She is survived by: her siblings, Bobby McNeal (Debbie), Helen Harmon (Dave), Bonita Imhoff (Paul), Barbara Howard (Richard) and Donald Kelley McNeal (Monica); her children, Larry Walling, Heather Stevenson (Keith), Lance Walling (Cindy) and Beth Allen; her grandchildren, Autumn Walling, Keiva George (Demetrius), Kendrick Stevenson, Keandre Stevenson, Alexandrew Walling, Stephanie Walling, Cheyenne Walling, Aaron Walling, Faith Hackworth-MacMorland (Kyle) and Olivia Allen; and her great grandchildren, Haven, Heartlee, Nabia, Azaiah, Romeo, Kaveah, Lowella, Josephine, Graysen and Gracelynn.
