He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Pearl Webb and Nellie Mills; his wife Elizabeth Rice Webb (Betty); his daughter Jennifer Hintz (Webb); his granddaughter Lila; his son Douglas Warren Webb (Nicole); and his grandson Edmond.
