He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronnie Wells and Sharon Sampson (Richardson). He is survived by: his sisters, Tammy Lunsford (Wayne), Paula Thomas (Santos Cruz), Melody Turner (Johnny) and Rhonda Wells; his nieces and nephews, Dale, Daniel, Jessica, Justin and Kyle; his stepsister Jennifer Hines; and his friend Cathy Hood.
