He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Dickerscheid and Mary Louise Dickerscheid (Hoener). He is survived by: his wife Lynn Dickerscheid (Stewart); his children, Amanda Wise (Rodney) and Dustin Dickerscheid; his grandchildren, Alexis Taylor and Elijah Dickerscheid; his stepdaughter Kristi Murphy; and his stepgrandchildren, Hayley and Kalob Roach. He is also survived by cousins and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Dwight's memory may be made to Good Samaritan Foundation - Trihealth Cancer and Blood Institute.
