She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Baker and Frances E. Baker (Taylor); her husband Samuel Patrick Sr.; and her sisters, Billie Baker and Patricia Mathis.
She is survived by: her sons, Samuel Patrick Jr. (Mary Suzanne), Scott Patrick and Craig Patrick (Fabienne); her grandchildren, Amy Swichtenberg (Michael), Stacy Patrick (Donnie Toombs), Christa Reece (Doug), Nathan Patrick, Alyxandria Caldwell (Aaron), Caity Carlsen (Jacob) and Chance Patrick; her siblings, Robert Baker (Dean), Clarence Baker (Patty), Ronald Baker (Peggy) and Micki Jones; and her sisters-in-law, Clara Casey and Regina Brown. She is also survived by 11 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home (1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, OH 45013). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
