She was predeceased by: her parents, Walden Rogers and Bessie Rogers (Spratt); her husband Fred Brewer; her son Randall Lee Withrow; her grandson Devin Withrow; her siblings, Ruby, Dorothy, Barbara, Mary and Jimmy; and her sister-in-law Loretta Rogers.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Dale Withrow and Elizabeth Annette Withrow; her brother William Rogers; her daughter-in-law Kathy Beltz; her stepson Scott Brewer (Karen); her grandchildren, Benjamin, Jamie, Brandon, Stacey, Ashley and Shane; and her granddaughter-in-law Kimberly McElroy. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
