She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Willoughby and Grace Robinson (Barger); her husband Albert Lee Cook; her son Rodney Bowlin (Randall L. Cook); and her great grandchild Carson Street.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Henson (Mark) and Rowena Cook; her grandchildren, Ryan Henson (Kimalee), Sean Henson (Bri), Laura Henson, Anna Hurst (Johnny Hockersmith) and Rylee Lovins; and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Avery and Naomi. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren on the way; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
