With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Spivey of Hamilton, Ohio, born in Cumberland, Kentucky, who passed away on March 9, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Spivey and Hattie Spivey (Blair); and his sister-in-law Bonnie Roberts. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Spivey; his sons, David Scott Spivey (Eileen) and Toby Spivey (Tammy); his grandchildren, Jarred Spivey (Tiffany), Megan Ray (Nick), Heather Harkins (Tyler), Devin Spivey (Diya) and Matthew Spivey; his great grandchildren, Aidan, Bryslon, Xaydon, Sebastian and Remington; his brother-in-law Tooter Roberts; and his nieces, Dawn Turner (Alan) and Kim King (Mike). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
