She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Vornheder and May Vornheder (Humphrey); her sons, Dale and Dennis Hawkins; and her siblings, Howard, Harry Vornheder and Elizabeth Grimmeissen.
She is survived by: her children, Don Hawkins and Lynette Ashman (David); her grandchildren, Angie, Don Jr., Carrie, Nathan, Dennis Jr., Nicholas, Noah, Aaron and Madison; her sister JoAnn Anderson; and her daughter-in-law Cindy Hawkins. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
