He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Smith; his sons, Gregg Smith (Denise Dunivant) and Gene Smith; his grandchildren, Matthew Smith (Krystle), Misty Moore (Jason) and Josh Smith (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Hunter (Savannah), Cody, Chase, Carter, Loretta, Jameson, Jaylen, Cheyenne, Justin, Brian, David and Dylan; and his siblings, Gary R. Smith and Alma Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
