He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert F. Burns and Marie E. Burns (Shroyer); his wife Louise V. Kollstedt; his children, Christopher Burns (Daphnee Dion) and Laura Hennigan (Matthew); his grandchildren, Brody, Maple Anne, Bexlie Burns, Eleanor and Lucy Hennigan; and his siblings, Robert W. Burns, Pat Vaughn, Jeannie Lange and Ronald Burns. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
