We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2022, at the age of 78, Hazel L. Fuhrman of Hamilton, Ohio, born in Greeleyville, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Parker and Ruth Parker (Ard); her sister Carol Buck; her husband Chuck Fuhrman; and her brother Joe Parker.
She is survived by: her former husband Charles 'Chuck Fuhrman; her children, Carl Fuhrman (Kim) of Crystal Falls, Robert Fuhrman (Ann) of Cincinnati and Mickelle Fuhrman (Stephanie) of Hamilton, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Adam, Bethany, Torij, Bobby and Braiden.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to The American Diabetes Association or the Knolls of Oxford.
