He is survived by: his mother Opal Smith; his brothers, Glen Smith (Diane), Jeff Smith (Kim), Kelvin Smith and Bryan Smith (Brenda Kay); his nieces and nephews, Jason, Brittany, Jessica, Jerimy and Zach; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Adrian, Ayden, Jerimy Jr., Karlee, Sarah, Jordan, Brooklyn, Miles, Hudson, Lucas and Ellis; Sophia.
