She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Knapp and Virginia Knapp (Bragg); her husband Thurman McIntosh; her children, Thurman McIntosh and Sandra Withrow; and her siblings, Harold, Franklin, Chester Knapp and Anna Mae Radford.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kelly, Tricia, Christina (Daniel), Mollie (Jeff), Kally (Marc), Thurman III and C. J.; and her niece Linda Altizer. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
