He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron "Floyd" Boothe and Nirvesta "Belle" Branson Boothe; his wife Ann Arnold; his siblings, Earl Boothe, Ernest Faulkner, Vina Mitchell, Ola Baker, Vivian Townsend, Price Boothe, Mila Wilder, Minnie Harrison, Willard Boothe and Betty Needham; and his sons-in-law, James Benge and Lance Couch.
He is survived by: his daughters, Patsy Roberts (Rick), Yvonne Tellup, Caryann Patton (Doug), Tami Benge and Jackie Couch; and his grandchildren, Derek Tellup (Clare Riley), Joel Roberts (Tara), Hannah Puckett (Stan), Rob Hibbard (Tasha), Randall Patton, Taryn Patton, Jamie Brady (Jared), Julie Benge, Jacob Proctor (Audrey), George Benge and Samantha Keith (Tony). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; along with many special nieces, nephews, and cousins.
