She is survived by: her children, Josh (Lexi Flynn), Anna and Jennifer Ann Paul (Todd Paul); her grandchildren, Cooper, Kyler and Carson; her daughter Kathryn Marie Fields (Chris Fields); her grandchildren, Evelyn, Max and Tamika; her great grandchild Olivia; her sister Deborah Hensley (DeWeese); her niece Rebecca Hensley; Morgan Levins.
