He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leveline and Nancy Leveline. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Leveline; his children, Bret Leveline (Mary Jane) and Kasie Drury (John); his grandchildren, Katie McKnight, Emily Leveline, Elizabeth Drury and Max Drury; his stepchildren, Tommy Hawkins, Steve Hawkins (Bunny), Connie McNabb (Jerry) and Devin Hawkins; and his stepgrandchildren, Jason Hawkins, Lindsey McNabb and Shelbie McNabb. He is also survived by three step great grandchildren.
