He is survived by: his wife Judy Lowe; his sister Bessie Reese (Jack); his children, Ethel Whitson (George), Judy Dawson (David), Jamie Johnson and James William Perry Lowe; his stepson Jimmy Bowlin; and his grandchildren, Shawna Lowe, Destanie Lowe-Maggard, Sherrie Whitson, David Lowe, Nicole Bowlin, Christian Lowe, Brooke Dawson (Ron Allen), Jeremy Dawson, Justin Dawson (Emily), Elizabeth Whitson and Jaelyn Lowe. He is also survived by many other grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great grand daughter, lots of nieces and nephews.
