He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose Williams and Onie Williams; his former wife Betty Williams; and his siblings, Nevel Williams, Otwell Williams, Helen Russell and Pearl Pulliam.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Williams; his son Jim Williams (Nancy); his stepson Ridge Fussell (Beth); his grandchildren, Chris (Cait), Jake (Kate), Jackson (Christy), Jason (Lily) and James; and his great grandchildren, Lincoln and Aurora. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
