He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Watson and Liz Watson; his siblings-in-law, Buck and Jeannine Vanness; and his daughter Jennifer.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia Vanness; his son Matt Watson (Mary Catherine); his grandchildren, Jennifer Watson, Christopher and Andrew Watson; his siblings, John Watson (Kay), Joe Watson (Sharon), Mark Watson (Ruth), Missy Pizza (Mike), Katie Hertlein (Andrew) and Christy Watson; and his siblings-in-law, Pete Vanness (Pam), Stephanie Galbraith and Valerie Schmitt (Jim). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
