He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Pennington and Edith York (Sturgill); his siblings, Paul and Lisa; and his son-in-law David.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Rhodis-Pennington; his children, Kimberly Price and Brian Pennington (Ranae); his grandchildren, Robb (Amy), Brianna, Tyler, Jordan and Katrina; his great grandchildren, Destiny, Ariana, Zander, Parker and Eloise; his aunt Kathleen; and his pets, Angel of Munch, OC, JackJack and Boo. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Hickory Flat Cemetery (4464 Morganthaler Rd, Hamilton, OH 45011).
