He was predeceased by: his parents, Leona Carey and John Daniel Carey Sr. A. He is survived by: his wife Joanna Carey; and his sons, Daniel Wayne Carey (Kay) and Douglas Alan Carey. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
