He was predeceased by: his mother Thelma Crouch (Brown). He is survived by: his father John Lee Crouch Sr.; his siblings, Kevin Crouch, Tina Claxton (Rodney) and Rachel Crum (Kelly); and his sons, Braxton Crouch and Nathan Crouch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and four great nephews and many dear friends and family.
