He was predeceased by: his parents, Delia Sullivan and John Sullivan; his wife Geraldine "Jerri" Sullivan; and his siblings, Juanita, Orville, Chester, Boyd and Ernie.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Sullivan (Annette) and Greg Sullivan (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Mitch Sullivan (Jess), Megan Moore (Greg), Taylor Sullivan, Katie Sullivan, Caroline Sullivan and Zach Sullivan; and his great grandchild Ivy Moore.
