He was predeceased by: his sister Courtney Elizabeth Sebastian. He is survived by: his parents, Jamie Joye Witt (Joshua) and Joshua Todd Sebastian Sr. Joshua (Shelly); and his brothers, Luke Sebastian, Landon Molesky, Joseph Witt, Bruce Witt and Elijah Sebastian. He is also survived by nine grandparents and quite a few aunts, uncles, and cousins.
