He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leck Trent, Charles and Louise Spivey; and his uncles, Scott Trent and George Spivey.
He is survived by: his parents, Greg "Doodle" Spivey (Toni) and Sheila Trent Stevens (Allen); his siblings, Brittany Spivey and Jason Spivey (Meghan); his nephews, Brody Davidson, Elias Cope and Rhiot Spivey; his grandmother Becky Trent; and his partner's children, Corbyn and Cruz Smith. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home (330 Pershing Ave, Hamilton, OH 45011). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
