She was predeceased by: her parents, McKinley Hubbard and Mary Hubbard (Tankerson); her husband Fred Philpot; her children, Fred Philpot Jr. and Roshelle Marcum; her brothers, Charles, Herman, Leslie and Eddie Hubbard; and her nieces, Marilyn Work and Lavada Elliott.

She is survived by: her children, Delores Minor (Butch), Valerie Abner and Eddie Philpot; her sister Pamela Creech; her grandchildren, Tiffaney Fryman (Shawn), James Meadows, Sarah Meadows, Stephen Blake Bowlin (Samantha), Terry Jones (Kaitlin), Ciarra Lusk Adams, John Gregory, Eddie Philpot, Stephanie Houston, Raymond Bayane (McKala), Tiffany Earls, Kayla Garland (Joseph) and Steven Gluhm; and her great grandchild Layla Combs. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
