She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Sparks and Jalie Sparks (Lainhart); and her siblings, Hansel Sparks, Jean McQueen, Eudell Tillery, Joe Sparks and Joan Gibson.
She is survived by: her husband Darrell Turner; her sons, Ed Turner (Karen) and Scott Turner (Julie); her grandchildren, Jeff, Andy, Jordan and Sydney Turner; and her brother Herschel Sparks (Sue). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
