Kathleen J. Amburgy Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen J. Amburgy in Hamilton, Ohio, who passed away on August 5, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Coveney and Ruby Coveney; her husbands, Elva McCleese, James Amburgy and Earl Amburgy; her daughter Nanette McCleese; and her brother Ronnie Coveney.
She is survived by: her children, Blaine McCleese (Shirley), Beulah Croucher (Kenny), Robert McCleese (Sheila Murphre) and Della Spivey; her siblings, Alan Coveny (Edna), David Coveney (Gloria), Robert Coveny (Cindi) and Ruby Young (Leon); and her friend Cathy McIntosh. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 14 great-great-grandchildren, as well as many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Warren County Humane Association in Kathleen's memory.
