He was predeceased by: his parents, William Farmer (Gwen) and Eddie Farmer (Harrison); his grandparents, Dewey, Nannie Farmer (Mainous), Clarence and Elvi Harrison (Williams); his sister Monica Blevens; his brother-in-law Scott Blevens; and his parents-in-law, Dorothy, Pat and Butch Schick.
He is survived by: his daughter Lauren Campbell (Zac); his sisters, Katrena Engel (Mike), Renee Smallwood (Jeff) and Tina Turner (Doyle); and his former wife Karen Farmer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and cherished friends.
