He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Ellsworth and Miriam Juanita Wallace (Eltzroth). He is survived by: his children, Julie Jordan (Kevin), Rodney Wallace (Gina), Michael Wallace (Vicki), Mark Wallace (Christina) and Danielle Frear; his brother David Wallace (Paula); and his sibling's children, Molly Wallace and Ben Wallace (Jenn). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
