He was predeceased by: his parents, Gorman Rush and Ella Jones Rush. He is survived by: his daughters, April Butler (Rick) of Searcy, Amy Zimmerman (Brian) of New Paris, Carrie Rush of Hamilton and Corrie Frier (Cory) of Lakeland; his brothers, Larry B. Rush (Brenda) of London and Gorman Earl Rush (Rose) of London; and his grandchildren, Arielle, Justice, Gaston, Brennen, Addison, Jaycee, Kirsten, Ethan, Landon, Noah and Emery.
