She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy King and Hilda King (Glindmeier); and her spouse Thomas C. Simms. She is survived by: her children, Karen Blount of Hamilton, John Simms of Greenwood and Thomas C. Simms II of Hamilton. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
