She is survived by: her granddaughter Kristin Murphy (Zach); her brother Donald Spurlock (Clare); her son Kahle Campbell; her nephews, Dave and Jimmy Spurlock; and her great-nephews, David, Bobby, Chris, Josh and Phil Spurlock.
