She was predeceased by: her husband David E. Lewis; her parents, Ernest Worrell and Zalie "Ethel" McClanahan Worrell; and her sisters, Phyllis Dowd (Bill) and Judy Shepperd.
She is survived by: her sons, Darren E. Lewis and David R. Lewis; her grandson Kyle D. Lewis; and her brother Jerry E. Worrell (Shirley).
