She is survived by: her daughters, Pat Hoffman (Joe) and Kathie Wernke (Mark); her grandsons, Chris Hoffman (Laura) and Kevin Hoffman; and her great grandchildren, Emma and Alex. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
