She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Pitman and Geneva Pitman; and her siblings, Elmer P. Pitman, Raymond Pitman, Elizabeth Horn, Roscoe Pitman, Jr., Johnie Lee Pitman and Charles E. Pitman.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas W. Horn, Jr. (Wilma) and Stanley Horn (Sharon); her grandchildren, Cheyenne (William), Ashley (John), Steve (Debbi) and Jason (Nicki); her great grandchildren, Kaden, Liam, Kole, Haley, Logan, Adam and Aaron; her nephew Robert (Tami); and her close friend Carol Allen.
