She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd David and Margaret Bittinger (Schoppert) of Arizona; her husband Walter Franklin Petry; her daughters, Debra Henry and Jill Schellenbarg; and her sister Anna Mae Block.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jacob (Amanda), Matthew (Wendy), Abby (Chad), Becky (Danny), Amy (Joe), Nathanael, Adam (Crystal) and Angela (Luke). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces and neighbors.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society, 2808 Reading Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45206.
