She is survived by: her children, Rondal Thomas of Hamilton, OH, Anna Floyd of Hamilton, OH and Gloria Terrell of Burnside; her siblings, Bobbie Combs (Benton) of Barbourville, Drucilla Lockard of Artemus, Alma Osborne of Artemus, E. G. Osborne (Carol) of Artemus, Benny Osborne (Carla) of Bimble and Denver Osborne of Gray; her grandchildren, Nicole, Brandie, Bobbi Floyd, Tyler Terrell, Leah, Veronica, Dakota Thomas and Rocky Abbott (Dana); her great grandchildren, Nathan Floyd (Jasmine), Colton Bailey, Tatiana, Isabella Floyd, Amorah Terrell, Rocky Abbott Jr. and Elisabeth Abbott; and her great great grandchild Nathan Floyd Jr..
