He was predeceased by : his son Jason Windsor; and his sister Janelle Windsor Jones Klein. He is survived by : his wife Brenda Sue Windsor; his son Russell Matthew Windsor; his grandchildren, Evan and Sofia Windsor; and his siblings, Pam Prentner, Tari Deless (Ric) and Mark Windsor (Linda).

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Paul R. Young Funeral Home (3950 Pleasant Ave, Hamilton, OH 45015). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
