He was predeceased by: his father Mike Whitaker. He is survived by: his daughters, Megan Boyd (Ian) and Michelle Whitaker (Rob); his grandsons, Luke, Liam and Michael; and his sisters, Kimberly Clark (Fred) and Kathy Grubb (Cotton). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends.
