He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Milton E. Koger and Nancy; his wife Lisa (O'Neill); his son Matthew (Melissa); his granddaughters, Kailey and Emery; his sister Kathy Herbers (Denny); his sister-in-law Anne Anderson (Mark); and his caregiver Pat Menchem. He was also cherished by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
