She was predeceased by: her parents, William Creech and Grace Creech (Bowman); and her siblings, Betty Farler, Ray and Wendell Creech.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby Ballinger; and her children, Kimberly Jarvis (Jay), Tonya Graham (Matthew), Billy Hieb (Becci) and Michelle Hieb. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
