She was predeceased by : her parents, William Creech and Grace Creech (Bowman); and her siblings, Betty Farler, Ray and Wendell Creech.
She is survived by : her husband Bobby Ballinger; and her children, Kimberly Jarvis (Jay), Tonya Graham (Matthew), Billy Hieb (Becci) and Michelle Hieb. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Southwest Ohio for their compassion and care and making it possible for mom to be at home with her family before her journey to Heaven.
