She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Franklin and Rebecca Philbeck (Feltner); and her sister April Parker. She is survived by: her cousin Roger Philbeck; and her siblings, Jim Philbeck (Martha), Tony Philbeck (Teresa), Dennis Beck (Joe), Ronnie Philbeck (Raveena), Eunice Maynard (Steve), Deborah Philbeck and Beth Jackson (Aaron). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
