She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernst Horvath and Annabelle Horvath (Lafann); her husband John M. Bushman Jr.; and her sister Janet Fike. She is survived by: her niece Sandra Oakes (Randy); her nephew Timothy Fike (Carla); her great-nephews, Jon Randall Oakes (Kaliegh Kinser), Danny Oakes (Stephanie) and Michael Fike; her great-niece Brittney Quick (Freddie); her brother-in-law Douglas Fike; and her grandchildren, Alec and Maria Bushman.
