She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Hornsby and Emma Hornsby (Adams); her husband Donald; her siblings, Vernon Hornsby (Rosie), Orville Hornsby and Bessie Franklin; her great-nieces, Krista McDade and Rhonda Jarvis; and her friend Arlie Angel.
She is survived by: her nieces, Rita McDade (Larry), Jan Jarvis (David) and Jessica Lawson (Ryan); her nephew Josh McDade; her sister Alberta Hornsby; Halee McDade, Gabby McDade, Lincoln Lawson, Lexington Lawson, Lyric Lawson and Iris McDade.
