She is survived by: her husband Howard S. Smith Sr.; her children, Shelly Hurlander (Bob), Howard S. Smith Jr. (Staci) and Nicholas L. Smith (Tara); her grandchildren, Jeremy Hurlander, Lilli Smith, Laythan Smith, Stevie Smith, Serenity and Landen; her great grandchildren, Noah, Abbie, Adaline and LJ Hurlander; and her siblings, Diana Ivey, John Harris, Kay Bishop (Elmer), Mark Crouch Jr. (Patty) and Mike Harris.
